Introduction |
The company has grown steadily since was established by the three PEZZETTI brothers in 1969. On the strength of its dynamism and entrepreneurship, the company built its business for the first ten years around the manufacture and assembly of metal structures.
From 1980 onwards, it gradually began to specialise in metal frames for glassware. Through our research and development work in this field, we have been able to create a range of products to meet all the requirements of the industrial glass market.
At the start of the 21st century, in order to meet the various needs of our customers, we decided to diversify further, in particular into the maintenance of all types of metal framing systems, on site machinery and industrial maintenance, etc.
Today, with over 40 years' experience, JEMCO employs a skilled workforce of forty under managing director Armando Pezzetti and executive directors Christophe and Olivier Pezzetti.
History:
- 1969: After 10 years learning his trade in industrial engineering, Armando Pezzetti decides to set up his own business.
- 1970: He is joined by his two brothers, Mario and Victor.
- 1986: Construction of our 6,000 m2 plus factory at Pont-de-Loup.
- 1993: The company is established in its present form as JEMCO.
- 1996: Purchase of our first production robot.
- 1997: Christophe Pezzetti, son of Armando Pezzetti, joins the company.
- 2000: Olivier Pezzetti, son of Victor Pezzetti, joins the company.
- 2007: Replacement of part of machine park, with the purchase of a new press and new cutting machine and the start-up of our 3rd production robot.
- 2008: ISO9001 quality assurance accreditation.
- April 2008: Purchase of our 4th welding robot, completely automating the non-returnable frame manufacturing process.
